Here is how you make Portugese Beef Stew:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In dutch oven, heat 2 Tbsp olive oil and add meat. Brown all stew meat. Stir in next 9 ingredients. Place dutch oven in oven and bake for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes add carrots and potatoes-stir and bake another 45 minutes.Combine water and cornstarch and mix well. Remove dutch oven and place on stove.
