How Do I Make Pressure Cooker Quick Beef Stew?Here is how you make Pressure Cooker Quick Beef Stew: Cut meat into bite sizes and place on the bottom of the pressure cooker. Add consomme soup and juice only from can of peas. Add mushrooms, one can of tomato rice soup, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, celery and onions. Mix well. Add 2 can of tomato rice soup, oregano, chives, bay leaves and parsley. Cover and bring to a gentle boil (top pressure on cooker). Let cook at maximum pressure (just below medium) for 20 mins. Remove from heat and let stand until pressure drops. Remove lid and add the drained peas. Mix gently and serve.
