1 med. onion, finely chopped
5 med. carrot, sliced or about 1-1/2 cups baby carrots
2 ribs celery, cut into bit size pieces
4 Med. Potatoes, peeled & cut into bite size pieces
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can Progresso or Swanson beef broth
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 TBSP quick cooking tapioca (Minute Tapioca)
Lawry's Seasoning salt (optional)

Brown beef cubes in olive oil over medium heat. Drain, and place in crockpot/slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in crockpot/slow cooker on low for 6-7 hours. Once done taste and adjust spices to your liking.
