1 cup broccoli, chopped
2 carrots, jullienned

1 lb top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, cut into strips
1 cup cashews, unsalted
4 cups cooked rice


How Do I Make Cashew Beef Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Cashew Beef Stir Fry:

Combine cornstarch, water, and 2 tbsp soy sauce; stir until smooth; set aside. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan, stir fry broccoli and carrots until crisp-tender. Add in steak, garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and black pepper. Stir-fry until steak no longer pink, remove. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan, stir fry peppers and onion. When crisp-tender, add other veggies and steak back in. Add in cornstarch mixture and stir until sauce starts to thicken. Just before serving add cashews.
