Shiitake Mushrooms, 1/2 cup pieces (more if you want)
Carrots, raw, 1 slice THIN
Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Almonds, 1 cup, slivered
*Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp
ASIAN GOURMET SPICY CHILI & GARLIC SAUCE, 2 tbsp Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
*Snow Peas, fresh, 1/2 cup

Here is how you make MONGOLIAN BEEF STIR-FRY:

Serves four to five . The volume of vegetable can add a 5th serving. Seafood or chicken can be substituted for the beef.1) Prepare the noodles per package. Drain and coarsely chop.2) Combine steak, 1 tbsp of the low sodium soy, 1 tbsp of the sherry and the cornstarch3) Heat 2 tsps of oil in a large wok over high heat. Add the steak and cook stirring often, 4 minutes or untill no longer pink. Transfer to plate and set aside.4) Returne the wok/skillet to stove topand heat remaining oil over high heat. Add gingerand mushrooms and cook, stirring often, 2-3 minutes or untill mushrooms are soft. Add carrot, broccoli, snow peas, almonds to pan and cook 2 minutes. Add scallions and cook 1 minute. Add noodles and reserved steak and cook 1 minute longer or until cooked thoroughly. 5) pour oyster sauce, chili-garlic sauce and remaining soy sauce and sherry into the wok/skillet. cook 1 minute or until thickened.
