Reduce the heat and cook gently for 3 minutes. Add the sugar snap peas and cook for 3 minutes until just tender. Meanwhile, heat the soy sauce, sugar, chilli, fish sauce, 5-Spice powder and oyster sauce in another wok or a large frying pan, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Add the beef and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the stir-fried vegetables and pak choi and cook for 1 minute until the pak choi is just tender.
