1 tsp Cumin - ground
1/2 tbsp Parsley, dried
3 tbsp Archer Farms Corn & Black Bean Salsa, Medium
1/4 C Red Onion Raw


How Do I Make Ground Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers?

Here is how you make Ground Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Break up and brown the ground beef in a pan with the red onion, salt & pepper (to taste), garlic powder, cumin, parsley, salsa, and diced green chilis. Drain excess fat if needed. Halve two bell peppers, and remove insides plus seeds, and blanch each half in near boiling water for a couple of minutes. Dry each half when done and put them face up on a foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray or olive oil. Layer the meat mixture with shredded cheese inside the bell pepper half, or just add the cheese on top. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes, but keep an eye on the cheese so it doesn't burn. If it is browning too fast, tent a sheet of foil over the top of the bell peppers. This will prevent excess browning. When it's done, top it with sour cream or avocado if you wish (not calculated), and enjoy!Serving Size:?Makes 4 bell pepper halves
