How Do I Make Vension and beef Stuffed Peppers?Here is how you make Vension and beef Stuffed Peppers: Cook rice according to package. Add uncooked beef and Vension to bowl mix together then add cooked rice,Flax Seed,Diced Tomatoes,Parmesan Cheese and Spices to the Vension and beef mixture. Mix well set aside. Next cut tops of Green Peppers (keep tops) Clean peppers out. Add about 1Tbls of Tomatoe sauce to each pepper then fill w/ meat mixture. set in a baking dish and pour the rest of the Tomatoe Sauce ovr the peppers. Set the pepper tops in the baking dish to give sauce more Flavor while cooking.
