2 left over turkey rocatta meatballs (see my recipes) Cut into bite size pieces.
1 C fresh cut up mushrooms of your choice
4 tsp of minced garlic (preferably fresh)
1 PKG of Knorr-Lipton Rice Sides in Mushroom Flavor
1 Tbs of Country Crock Margerine Spread
2 Tbs of EVO

Also keep in mind you can add whatever you want to this as long as the flavors mesh well.
