Start by browning your stew meat in a medium sized pot on med-high heat. Season your meat with salt and pepper. After the meat is browned, drain the remaining fat from the meat and add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, kidney beans, and mixed vegetables. Cook till just heated through (about 5 min.) and then add the noodles. Cook for another 10-15 min. on med-high heat. Let cool for 5 min. before serving and Enjoy!
