Cut up the beef into small pieces and discard any fat. Put into a metal or glass bowl.Seasoning/marinade:Season with Mrs Dash Original Blend and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb. Add half of an onion (chopped), 1 chopped love of garlic and 1 small chopped slice of ginger. Add 0.5 tsp of soy sauce, 0.5 tsp of worchestershire sauce and a few splashes of Angostura Bitters. Add oregano, basil, parsley and thyme. Let the beef season for at least 45 minutes.To cook:Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in the pressure cooker. When it is hot add in 0.5 tsp of brown sugar (optional).
