Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well and set aside.Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl, beat well. Stir in breadcrumbs; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in broccili, tuna, onion, cheese and lemon juice, mixing well; pack into an 8.5" x 3" loafpan covered with cooking spray.Bake loaf at 350 for 1 hour. let stand 5 minutes.
