1 T Cornstarch
2 t olive oil
1 lb pork tenderloin, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 scallions, white and green part separated and thinly sliced
1 head broccoli, about 1 lb, cut into bite size florets, stalks peeled and thinly sliced

In bowl, combine zest, juice, soy sauce, vinegar and cornstarch. Set asideIn large nonstick skillet, heat 1 t oil over medium. Working in batches, cook pork until browned on 1 side, 1-2 min. (Pork will cook more in step 4.)Add remaining oil, garlic and scallion whites. Cook, stirring occasionally until scallions start to wilt, 1-2 min. Add broccoli and 1/2 C water. Cover and cook until broccoli is crisp-tender and water has evaporated, 2-4 min. Add pork (and any accumulated juices) and stir fry sauce to pan.
