Heat oil in pan, then add pork and cook just until no longer pink. Remove but keep warm.2. Add Broccolli, mushrroms and onions to the pan. Cook until desired doneness is reached (I like mine kind of overcooked).3. While veggies are cooking, mix together corn starch, soy sauce and chicken broth until corn starch is dissolved.4.
