-1/6 a cup of low fat ricotta cheese
-3 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese
-1/4 cup of shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese.
-2 tbsp of lemon juice
-1 tbsp of parsley
-1 tbsp of basil
-1/2 clove of garlic

Here is how you make Sadie's Cheesy Salmon with Broccoli and Califlower:

Preheat oven to 375. Line a small baking dish with foil. Spray the foil with calorie free cooking spray. Place the thawed salmon on the foil and spray the salmon with cooking spray. Spread the lemon juice and chopped garlic across the fish. Bake for 5-8 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the cheeses, basil and parsely. Steam the broccoli and califlower until softened. Take the fish out of the oven, and place the broccoli and califlower in with the fish, spread the cheese mixture on top of the salmon and veggies. It doesn't "spread" very well, so just put little drops acrosss it evenly. Bake for another 15-20 minutes. Or until done.
