Here is how you make Old Bay Tilapia w/ Broccoli:

1. The longest part of prepping this recipe is cutting the filets out of their individual vacuum-sealed packages. Lay them in a 13x9 pan (I actually cook them in 1 13x9 pan, and then one of my 9x9 corning ware pieces as well - so two separate pans). 2. Dot with butter. (I put about one small/thin dot per filet.)3. Liberally coat fish and butter dots with Old Bay Seasoning.4. Layer the broccoli along the edge of each pan. 5. Dot the broccoli with some butter, and more seasoning if you wish.6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.7. Serve just as, or over your favorite starch.
