Here is how you make Bulgar and Cabbage:

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add dry bulgar.Cover, reduce heat and simmer til water is absorbed-about 15 minutes.Thinly slice an onion. Chop about 4-5 cups of cabbage. Heat oil in pan .Add onion slices , cover onions with cabbage.Don't mix. Cover and saute over medium heat about 10-15 minutes-until cabbage is somewhat wilted.. Mix and continue cooking for 20 -30 minutes more. liberally sprinkle poppyseed and mix. Add bulgar to pan and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes 5 servings.
