2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar

boil water. Place cabbage and hot dogs in boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain. In hot pot, melt butter. Add flour, keep on medium high heat until it boils. Stir for one minute. Add milk 1/2 cup at a time. When milk is blended and thick, add shredded cheese.
