1 medium head of cabbage
1 pkg frozen meat crumbles, thawed
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Soup
8 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano

How Do I Make Meatless Stufed Cabbage?

Here is how you make Meatless Stufed Cabbage:

Cook rice according to package directions. In large pot, boil enough water to soak cabbage in. Remove 12 large leaves and drain. Cut a "V" shape in the vein. In a large bowl, mix meat crumbles, onion, pepper, cooked rice and 1/2 can of soup. Place 1/ cup of mixture in cabbage leaf and roll up like burrito. In a 13 x 9 x 2 spray coated pan, place 1/2 of the tomato sauce and layer cabbage rolls on top of it. Mix remaining sauce, diced tomatoes and soup and pour over rolls.
