Here is how you make Cabbage Rolls (Romanian):

1. Rinse your cabbage leaves. Let them drain well, while you prepare the meat filling. 2. Place all the meat in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients, except the cabbage leaves. Mix very well. 3. Place a little bit of the meat on one edge of a cabbage leaf, in the center of that leaf. It should be about 1/3 of the width of the leaf, rolled into a log.4. Gently, but tightly roll the leaf around the meat, folding in the outside ends, as you go. Place in a pot. 5. Repeat with each leaf until either the leaves or the meat are gone. 6. Place each roll tightly up next to the wall of the pan, or the next cabbage roll. Fill in all the spaces. (I start around the outside and fill in the middle, then start another row)7. Cover with water. Fill to just 1/4"-1/2" over the top row of cabbage rolls. 8. Bring to boil.9.
