Ground meats and cook chopped onions until clear. Add water, rice, cabbage, tomatoes, sauce and seasonings. I used Himalayan sea salt(healthier) and cracked,pepper as well as old bay(wasn't a recognized ingredient in here to add) about 1teaspoon. Seasonings all to taste. ***Optional-add shredded cheese of your choice on top of each serving. Mix through to melt. We used goats cheese.
