What Are The Ingredients For Lori's Cajun Jumbalya Recipe?The ingredients for Lori's Cajun Jumbalya are: 2 TBSP Olive Oil, separated2 Tsp Cajun Spice Seasoning 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into bite size chunks 10 Shimp peeled, devained, and tails removed Pasta, spaghetti, or linguini 3oz. 1/2 cup each; red, yellow and orange bell pepper 1/2 cup mushrooms (if you like onions would be excellent but my hubby won't let me cook with onions :( ) 1/2 cup clam juice 3 roma tomatoes, chopped 2 TBSP butter How Do I Make Lori's Cajun Jumbalya?Here is how you make Lori's Cajun Jumbalya: In sauce pan add 6 cups salted water and heat until boiling, then add pasta. Meanwhile, Heat 1 TBSP olive oil in saute pan until hot, While this is heating sprinkle 1 1/2 tsp of Cajun spice seasoning onto chunks of chicken breast. Stir meat and add to hot pan. Cook until almost done, add Shrimp for the last couple of min. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp of Cajun Spice Seasoning. Remove meat from heat into a bowl and set aside. Add 1 TBSP Olive Oil to pan and add veggies stirring occasionaly for 2-3 mins. Add garlic to pan and warm through until it becomes fragrant. 1 min more approx. Add 1/2 cup clam juice. Add tomatoes. Then add meat back to pan stir and reduce liquid by half. Noodles should be done, drain and add to pan with meat and veggies, add 2 TBSP butter. Stir and plate up!
