Here is how you make Mimi's Crab Cakes:

Mix together all ingredients except for bread crumbs for coating. Wet hands and form into small flat cakes. Coat with dried bread crumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking. Add just enough vegetable oil to coat the bottom of a non-stick frying pan. Over medium heat, cook crab cakes for 2-3 minutes per side or until crisp and light brown. Makes 7 small crab cakes.
