12 oz lump crabmeat (2x 6 oz cans)
2/3 Cup of Dry Bread Crumbs
4 Tb Miracle Whip
1 large egg
1/2 tsp Worstershire Sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (optional)
1/8 tsp minced garlic (optional)

Here is how you make Misha's Maryland Crab Cakes:

Preheat oven to 400 degress.Mix all ingrediants EXCEPT crabmeat together in a bowl. The mixture should resemble wet sand. Fold in the crabmeat and mix thoroughly. Divide into 4 equal portions and form into round patties.Spray cooking sheet with pam (just in case) and arrange them on the sheet. Spritz the cakes with olive oil if so desired. Bake 20 minutes flipping them halfway through.***Can also be used to with flounder fillets. Just but a couple taplespoons on a fillet and roll up the fillet around the crabmeat.
