Preheat oven to 350 degreesCut just the top part of the pita pocket open just large enough that you can fit the filling stuff inside.place1 or 2 Tbsp of your tomato sauce into pita pocketthen put your cottage cheese inside the pita pocket then put you mozzarella cheese in the pita pocketpush the opening to the pita pocket closed as best you canplace it on a baking sheet bake at 350 degrees for about 12min or until cheese is bubbly Use the remaining tomato sauce for dipping!You can also add any of your favorite veggies like broccoli and mushrooms are my favorite! If you add veggies it will alter the nutrition facts so just be aware.
