Cook thin spaghetti as directed.Spread pepperoni out on paper towels and microwave for up to a minute. (This step is optional, my dh just prefers it this way)Add cooked pasta, browned ground beef, one cup of the cheese and all other ingredients in a 11X17 baking dish. Stir well. When ingredients are cohesive add the remaining cheese to the top of the casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
