Here is how you make Polenta Casserole:

combine black beans, salsa, 1 cup cheese and cilantro in a bowl. Set aside. Stir water, salt, and corn meal together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir and boil for a few minutes until thick. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of cheese. Pour 1/2 of the corn meal polenta into a 13" x 9" baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spread bean mixture over polenta, and top with the rest of the polenta mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut into 6 squares.
