1/2 cup white flour
1 1/2 cups panko crumbs
3 large Egg white, fresh
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup BBQ sauce
Juice of 2 or 3 limes (about 4 TBS)
1/3 cup, packed Brown Sugar

Here is how you make Crack Cauliflower:

Cut the cauliflower into flowerets. Add flour and cauliflower to a plastic bag ans shake until thoroughly coated. In a dish beat the eggs with 2 TBS water. Pour panko into shallow pan. Dip cauliflower pieces into egg wash, then after allowing excess to drip off, roll in panko crumbs. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchement paper. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes, until golden. While baking make the sauce mixing the BBQ sauce, lime juice and brown sugar.
