Put butter in large bowl & melt in microwave. Once melted, whisk in flour. When smooth, slowly add milk while whisking to prevent lumps. Once all milk is added, microwave on high one minute at a time until sauce is thick.Prepare all vegetables & put in casserole dish. (Carrots can be parboiled before adding to other veggies) Toss with sauce.
