1 1/2 - 2 cups uncle bens brown rice
4 chicken breasts cut into cubes
seasoning salt
sea salt
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
fat free kraft shreeded cheese

Here is how you make A Step up from Chicken and Broccoli:

1. cook brocolli and season to taste with seasoning add a little butter or margarine. NOT TOO MUCH2. cook rice following package instructions, add a little sea salt to water and a few drops of olive oil.3. pre heat oven to 375F season meat according to taste and then stir fry till it is a little past half way done4. in a casserole dish when the rice and brocolli is done layer chicken, sprinkle cheese, layer rice, speinkle with cheese. layer brocolli, sprinkle with cheese, repeat until everything is in the dish.
