I Can't Believe Its Not Butter Spray, 5 sprays per piece of chicken

Preheat oven to 350Remove all visible fat from chickenPound chicken to about an inch thick, evenlyMix Ritz Crackers and cheese in a shallow dishPour egg beaters in another bowlDip chicken in egg and then press in cracker mixture on both sides. (Can do just one side. Just as good!)Place on non stick foil lined baking panSprinkle seasonings on the chickenSpray each 4 oz portion with 5 sprays covering top side Bake for 20 min. At 350.
