1 chicken breast (skin-removed), sliced
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 Tomato, sliced
100g Bornhoffen Yoghurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp mint leaves
1/2 tsp olive oil


How Do I Make Easy Chicken Wraps?

Here is how you make Easy Chicken Wraps:

Preheat a grill.Slice chicken breast into approx 8 strips and fry in half a tsp olive oil until cooked through.In the meantime, place pita breads onto two separate plates. Divide the tomato and lettuce in two and distribute between the two pita breads. Place the tomato and lettuce on the top half of the pita breads.Mix Yoghurt, lemon juice, paprika and mint leaves together, and place a tbsp on each pita bread, over the lettuce and tomato.Once the chicken is cooked, distribute evenly between the pita breads. Lay them on the bread vertically.For each pita bread, fold the left side over the chicken, followed by the right.
