6 tbsp your favorite jam, jelly, or fruit preserve
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 cups cooked rice, white or brown

Here is how you make Jammin' Grilled Chicken and Onions:

1. Prepare rice in way that want, or use leftover rice.2. Place chicken, either as whole breasts or tenderloins (it's probably better to thaw thick pieces first), strewn with salt, pepper, garlic powder & italian seasoning onto George Foreman grill. Allow to cook for a few minutes.3. Put onions chunks on grill with chicken. Move the chicken & onions around to get them browned a little.4. Put water and jam in microwave and heat for 1-2 minutes, until jam is melted. Whisk up into sauce.5.
