Here is how you make Apple Chicken Curry on Rice Vermacelli:

cut chicken into 1 inch peices, throw in a large pan on the stove at 3/4 heat with the oil and saute, add all spices, then chop onion and add to cooking chicken saute until chicken and onions are cooked through. mean while put a large pot of water onto boil.cut apples into 1 inch by .25 inch peices and add to the pan once everythings cooked. cook about 4 minutes and add apple sauce. stir well. add shrimp to pan ( if using )put rice vermacelli into boiling water and let sit for approx 5 minutes. strain.serve yourself the rice vermacelli and put chicken apple curry ontop. enjoy!
