Here is how you make BBQ Chicken and RIce:

Use leftover chicken breast and plain white rice. Dice chicken and put in a med sauce pan over med heat. Add rice and break up any chunks. Add chicken broth and stir to combine well. Simmer over med heat until liquid is absorbed. Stir in bbq sauce until combined. Serve as an entree with green beans and squash or other favorite vegetables. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
