In a casserole pan, heat some oil, add rice, stir until brown. Add chicken broth. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour.In a frying pan, using 2 TBSP of oil, lightly brown chicken. Add celery, onion, green bell pepper and soy sauce.In a separate pan, heat 1 C of pineapple syrup (from the can of pineapple) and dissolve the bouillon cube in it. Add to chicken mixture, Cover and simmer for 5 mins.
