4-6 full chicken breasts
One can cream of chicken soup - low fat
One can cream of celery soup - low fat
One can cheese soup
3 cups dry brown rice
one medium onion diced
2 tablespoons of minced garlic (or to taste)
salt & pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Onion Powder to taste
2 cups water


How Do I Make Slow Cooker Saucy Rice and Chicken Breast?

Here is how you make Slow Cooker Saucy Rice and Chicken Breast:

Mix all the soups, rice, onion, water, and garlic in a bowl. Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Season chicken with all the seasonings then place one layer of chicken in the crockpot then a layer of the soup mixture. Repeat until all the chicken pieces and the mixture is used. Cook on low heat for 4 hours if fresh chicken - if chicken is frozen - then cook for 5-6 hours (mine is normally done in 5 - but it will depend on the crockpot).
