Here is how you make Unfried Chicken:

mix breadcrumbs seasonings, and mustard ( you can use dijion for a sweeter less savory flavor) . Soak the breasts ( which I cut into 2) for a few minutes in a shallow bowl, and then dredge in bread crumbs. Place on a roasting rack, that has been sprayed with cooking spray. These turn out moist and don't need any dip. We love them so much that that I end up having 1.5 servings! Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes! And enjoy! Also make for a great addition to a salad!
