1 table spoon pepper
Dried Chili Flakes to taste
3 table spoons chopped ginger
The zest and juice of two limes
1 to 2 handfuls of chopped cilantro
6 servings Wide Rice Noodles straight cut

Put your chicken broth in a pan and let it start to heat Soak your rice noodles in a seperate container per the instructions on the packageChop your vegetables (turnip, parsnip, carrots, fennel, onion )and get them in the pot. Be sure to peel the turnip and parsnip.Mince the garlic and ginger. Or used the little jars of preminced ginger. Add it to the pot Amounts can be adjusted to taste.Add your salt and pepper to tasteLet your veggies cook until nearly tender.Add your chicken thigh meat.Add the lime zest and the juice from the two limesAdd the cilantroLet vegetables cook about 5-10 minutes more. Add the noodles. When the noodles are done, the soup is done.The veggies can be swapped out and the spice amounts can be adjusted to individual tastes.This doesn't taste like traditional chicken soup at all.
