4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
1 large yellow onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves , chopped
4 med. Red skinned potatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
1 celery rib, thinly sliced
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 bay leaf
3/4 cup dry white wine
1 quart chicken stock
1 cup fresh parsley. chopped

1. preheat a large sauce pan over high heat.
