Mix flour, basil, oregano, marjoram, paprika and pepper into a small bowl. Cut chicken breast into medium sized pieces and dredge in flour/herb mixture.Heat oil in a fry pan. Brown the chicken and remove from pan. Deglaze pan with the wine.Add all the remaining ingredients along with the chicken, left over flour dredge and the wine from the fry pan to a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
