small amount of elbow mac (remember it swells!)
1 tbsp cumin (or to taste)
4 tbsp hot chili pepper (or to taste)
dash of Splenda or sugar, to taste

OR fake meat crumbles
1/4 c. red wine

garden fresh or dried chilis
