Here is how you make Steph's Chili:

Brown ground chuck. Pour into colander and wash thoroughly with hot water. In 6 quart dutch oven, pour in the rinsed meat. Add chili powder and diced tomatoes and mix well. Pour in chili with beans and vegetable juice. Place over low heat and let simmer while you cook spaghetti. When spaghetti is done, drain well and add to chili. Allow to simmer at least 30 minutes.
