1 can Dark red kidney beans, WELL RINSED
1 can black beans, WELL RINSED
1 can corn niblets, WELL RINSED
1 can diced tomatoes, with garlic & onions
2-3 Tbs Chili powder, to taste
1-2 Tbs. cumin, to taste
1 Tbs salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic powder
10 slices canned jalapenos, to taste
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2-3 c. water

Here is how you make Amazing ( And Healthy!) Vegetarian Chili:

Cook sweet potatoes in microwave, just until tender, not soft, peel skin & dice potatoes. Dice onions & squash. Heat olive oil in large dutch oven on medium-high then add onions and minced garlic. Saute until onions are translucent-don't allow them to brown. While they're cooking, shred carrots into the pan, stirring frequently. Turn down heat to medium. Add squash & sweet potatoes to pan. Stir. Rinse beans and corn well in strainer. Add to pan. Stir. Add tomatoes. Stir. Add spices & jalapenos. Stir. Add spaghetti sauce. Stir. Add enough water to bring to desired consistency.
