1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped
1/2 Cup Celery, Chopped
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
2 Pckgs Yves Veggie Ground Round

2 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
1 Tsp Allspice
1/2 Tsp Sage
1/4 Tsp Thyme


How Do I Make Kay's Vegetarian Chili?

Here is how you make Kay's Vegetarian Chili:

Grab a big pot and go! -Add everything to your pot accept for the Veggie Ground Round and the Spices and mix well. -Bring to a boil (should take about 5 min) and then turn down the heat so that your mixture is simmering. Add the spices and simmer for another 15 minutes. -Now add your Veggie Ground Round for the last 10 minutes of cooking. Don't foget to stir frequently at this point or the Ground Round will stick to the bottom of the pot. Your Chili is now done. Spoon into bowls and serve!I believe that this recipie makes approximately 8 meal-sized sized servings.
