Here is how you make Vegetarian Chili by Denise:

Brown 1 bag of Boca ground meat in a touch of olive oil. While frying add 1 package of McCormacks Chili seasoning (I use the mild) to the meatTake 2 cans of tomatoes (MUST BE PEELED Canned Tomatoes) and pour the juice from the tomatoes in a large potCrush the tomatoes up finely and add them as well. Take 2 more packages of McCormacks chili seasoning and pour them in the same potChop pieces of pepper, adding them to the mixAdd Kidney Beans, I use 2 cans, but once again it could be adjusted to taste. I also add some of the kidney bean juice. Once everything is added to the pot, heat it up until the peppers are soft.I serve it over Brown Rice. This recipe's seasonings can be adjusted to taste...
