Here is how you make Very Easy Veggie Chili:

Chop onion and green pepper. Coat a frying pan with cooking spray then pan roast the frozen corn over medium high heat until it is defrosted and starts to brown. Add onion and green pepper, lime juice and chili powder, cayenne powder, and garlic powder if desired. Saute over medium high heat until veggies are softened. Add canned tomatoes and black beans and stir. Add water if you like a thinner chili.
