3 cups chopped red onion
2 cups chopped sweet potato

1 habanero pepper

Here is how you make Lilly's Chilli:

I started with the onions and tomatoes in a large pan over a medium heat then added the potatoes, peppers, water and spices. Lastly the beans, tomato pur?e and chopped garlic. I then let it all simmer on a low heat, covered, until the potato was soft. It then sat a few hours until dinner time and was very yummy :DServing Size:?Makes 4x 2 cup servings
