2 T Chopped Garlic 5/8 C of Shoyu (soy sauce)
2 T Sugar
1 T Sesame Oil
1 t Sesame Seeds (optional)

Here is how you make Simple Chop Chae:

Soak noodles till their soft enough to cut into thirds. Cook according to directions and set aside.In a large skillet bring heat oil, add garlic, saute for about 1 minute, add spinach. Cook until just done and set aside. Repeat with carrots, onions and mushrooms. In a small bowl add shoyu, sugar and sesame oil. Add all ingredients back into skillet and heat through.
