Here is how you make Citrus Marinade:

In a small bowl, pour 1/4C (2 oz) of any brand White Zifandel. Zest a small lemon over bowl. Add 2 tsp Cinnamon Chipotle rub. Season meat of your choice with salt and pepper. Put meat in large ziploc bag and pour marinade over meat. Marinate for desired amount of time. At least 2 hours.
